Feed walks the line. Feed is the famous office opussum at De:Bug magazine. Since Mitte Karaoke split Feed was playing solo live acts until he discovered his new dream partner at last year´s Krautok. Will this year see another Waldt-goes-drumcrazy-to-Feeds-Drums-and-Blimps?
2001 Soffy Larsson Ocklind, born in Sweden, moved to Berlin and immediately recorded “Missy Queen´s Gonna Die” in cooperation with Toktok. Everyone went crazy and so did Soffy. After the fog lifted a couple of years later Soffy O. kept rubbing against pop. 2006 Soffy had her debut as a solo artist with the album “The Beauty Of It”, a mélange of funk, disco, R´n´B, 70s soul, rock´n´roll and 60s girl group sounds. This year she founded the live project Hector, Manolo & Soffy O and just released her new album “Life´s A Soap” and has some new tracks with Toktok that are about to be released soon (and will be played at Krautok).
3phase is essentially Sven Roehrig and the one behind techno-alltime hit “Der Klang der Familie”. The reopening of the Berlin Ostgut/Berghain Club end 2004 motivated and inspired 3phase to do cluborientated tracks and livesets again. After the music industry had lost the interest in house culture, the scene is developing well and there is reason for him to participate again. He is also a dedicated gearjunkie and connaisseur and a seasoned engineer.
The guys at Schneiders Buero are not only legendary for their vast selection of the finest analogue gear, but will also make sure that the live acts at Krautok 2010 stay in sync by providing all necessary MIDI connections and a handfull of Mungo Sync2 Boxes to keep the older DIN-Sync machines (808, 303 and so on) at the same speed, too. Other than that, Andreas Schneider himself will show you some of their finest gear at the location on saturday and sunday and may also take part in the jam! Check out what´s new in analogue gear on his blog Stromkult.
This is exciting news: Elektrons upcoming Octatrack Sampler will make an official appearance at Krautok! Daniel Troberg aka Erase will feature it in his live-set together with the Monomachine and the Machinedrum. We are really looking forward to this one!
Autotune is the techno-boy-group with house-appeal, that acts like the T-1000 killerbot in “Terminator 2″: Formed by Adel Dior and Fabian Feyerabendt the project exploded, after a harsh conflict about the house-cleaning. In came Jan-Eric Scholz, Autotune is complete again and ready to rumble big time: many releases on labels such aus BPitch Control, Force Tracks, Fumakilla and others illustrate their way of creating deep and funky tracks.

Robotnik appeared in the early 90ties, trashing Acid-Beats inspired by the everlasting live-sets of the infamous Spiral Tribe collective. Robotnik ran the label Parsec, and was an original Krautok-Artist back in ´95. In between Robtonik disappeared from the stage for nearly ten years. To everyones surprise Robotnik made a comeback trashing Acid-Beats at Krautok 2006 and has been a constant ever since. Watch out for his superior machine- rocking techniques!
